Yes. Always. Customs requirements vary depending on the origin, destination, type of reproductive material, and local regulations. We identify the applicable requirements in advance and coordinate the necessary documentation and procedures to ensure seamless transportation.
Temperature and shipment conditions are monitored using data loggers connected to a smartphone application, with relevant data continuously recorded throughout the journey. In addition to digital monitoring, every shipment is hand-carried by a dedicated courier and remains under their continuous physical supervision from collection to delivery.
Embryos, oocytes, and sperm are transported in specialized cryogenic dry shippers charged with liquid nitrogen and designed to maintain cryogenic temperatures of approximately −196°C throughout the journey.
